- Heat up a heavy bottomed frying pan over the medium-high flame initially- Add in the required amount of the oil- aforesaid for its shallow frying- Now, greasing your hands with some oil/ghee- Start shaping up the Kebabs nicely- Take a handful of the kebab mixture in your hands, gently press it, in between your palms to give it your desired Kebab Shapes.
- Now, drop them into the pan slowly & gently and fry then evenly, until golden brown on both the sides- Depending on the sizes of your frying pan or vessel- Fry them accordingly, in 2-3 batches, one after the other.
- Once all that’s done now: Transfer it to a separate serving plate or platter- Garnish it your own way & serve it hot with your favourite dips/chutneys/sauces and just that.
